I will have 30 mm polystyrene, it might be more expensive than the 16 mm boards? I am placing mine on top of "raw concrete floor and that might also be a difference?

After purchasing the LK system from a retailer, you have access to their support. I have called many times...
I actually believe that the 16 discs are more expensive because they have full aluminum plates and not just "feeder parts," but I'm not entirely sure... The hose for 16mm was also more expensive, I think...
