Waterborne floor heating - what does it cost per m2??
For 170 sqm LK EPS 16 including 2 distributors, wireless thermostats and 2 waterproof cabinets, I had to pay 119,000 SEK.
The price per square meter is then 700 SEK, but that's a bit misleading maybe since it includes distributors and all the fittings and stuff for connection, but it's needed anyway...
Regards,
Anders

That sounds really expensive just for the material cost, I think.

There are packages for different sqm. 90sqm costs 24,850kr.
Of course, distributors, etc., are additional, but you'd never reach 80k. Brand-name products are somewhat more expensive, but your material price sounded high. Do you have a specification?

No, it's just material... I was lucky and caught some campaign they had, I think it should actually have cost around 140,000kr...
EPS16 is 16mm thick boards with aluminum sheet on them. You can then lay tiles directly on the boards so the total height including tiles is under 30mm.

yes, after the posts that are coming, it admittedly feels a bit expensive... and maybe worth checking with another company as well... anyone have tips in the areas around Malmö - Lund? I have been recommended the company and of course, don't want to think that I'm being fooled, but of course, I also want to check that I'm getting a fair price. I'm not looking for "free", I want decent stuff, but as I said...

We had to keep the building height down... I compared more packages and with the "cheaper" EPS packages (as mentioned above) we would have saved 10-15,000 SEK but without wireless thermostats and waterproof cabinets.
LK has been incredibly great to deal with and happily answered all my stupid questions!
They have also redesigned the loops for me three times without complaining...
Best regards,
ANders
