If I suspect that water is seeping up through the concrete slab in the basement, can I seal it in a good way? Drainage around the house with isodränskivor on the walls was done 10-12 years ago.

Hi, the question is whether the groundwater is diverted from the house via drainage pipes. If there is an inspection well, you can check.

Hello Yes, drainage pipes around the house to a well that pumps the water away

Checked to ensure the pump is working and that the hoses are not clogged?

No, sealing probably won't work so well.
You need to lower the water level below the base plate.

The drainage pipes are located at the bottom edge of the base plate, how deep does it need to be?

Yes it works

In the past, drainage pipes were typically placed at the level of the slab, but I believe 15cm below is recommended nowadays.

How old is the house? There is no drainage in the world that can handle rising water without a capillary-breaking layer.

The house was built in 1968. Can I put something on the inside to seal it?
