The house has an intermediate floor of 15 cm Siporex floor slabs (1963). In part of the living room, the floor vibrates in such a way that it's noticeable when someone else walks by. We can provoke vibration/shaking in an area of three to four square meters that causes "seasickness." In the underlying garage, where each element is clearly visible, I can't see any cracking or similar issues, however, there is an external facade crack in the plinth rendering of the basement wall (in the "extension of the floor slab"). My theory is that the vibration that the floor slabs may have caused has resulted in the crack. Or maybe the house has settled.
The above-described "stability problem" does not exist elsewhere in the house, only in a small part of the living room.
What do you think is causing the vibrations?
