I have been recommended to demolish an entire bathroom with tiles to access and dry one corner of the room as the walls are moisture-damaged (lower part) and a little floor under the waterproofing (measured from the room below). The walls are made of Siporex and the floor is concrete (not sure if it's the same).
But see the picture, do I really have to demolish the whole bathroom for this (the red is small moisture areas in the walls). To me, it feels incredibly unnecessary, but I might be wrong. Are there any experts in the area?
