Should some sort of vapor barrier be placed between the insulation and the chipboard in the floor? Below is a garage and basement room, currently cold but we plan to later install a couple of radiators on the lower floor so they become partially heated. Under the insulation is concrete. Then 100 mm of mineral wool. Then chipboard and then laminate.
