Hello.

I'm planning to tear out the inside of an exterior wall in an old cabin to replace Treetex with OSB and drywall... and I'm considering whether it's worth installing a vapor barrier against the paneling on the inside to reduce some drafts. The wall is constructed as follows from the inside:
Treetex - paneling - insulation/studs - paneling - wind barrier - exterior cladding.
The cabin is not heated during the winter months.

Is it worth the effort?

Additionally, we are planning to install a stove...

OSB is windproof, and if you install it reasonably, you get roughly the same effect without needing the plastic, which is at least questionable in these situations. Windows, doors, and under the sill are classic places where you can focus a little extra attention regardless.
