If you have an energy-efficient LED outdoor lighting and direct it towards the solar panels, you should be able to get "free" electricity around the clock, right? And maybe even make a buck :)

But if we imagine that suddenly the conditions become suitable for mold right on those boards. The moisture level rises and it starts to grow. Then it will mold there only because it's wood there. The fact that there's also a little dirt doesn't mean it will mold any differently or more. Mold occurs when the moisture level is too high for a long time and in combination with organic materials because they need to live off something too. Dirt doesn't make a difference in that way.

OSB boards are usually waxed and then it shouldn't be a problem to wash them off.
