House from 1980 design from 1979. Is this typical of how they made the slab at this time, as well as the walls, etc?
I see that it's pressure-treated sill plate, but I can't find what type of treatment. However, I can interpret that there is sill paper between it and the concrete?

A common solution at the time. Perhaps the drainage is a bit too high up.

I'm wondering a bit about the impregnation, if it means it has to be that agent that was later banned? Or did they switch to something else shortly after it was banned? Or was it then that they completely stopped using pressure-treated beams?
