Uneven interior wall

Any good tips on how to get the shelves flush with the wall? Newly built house where there's a difference of about 15mm at most between the wall and the shelf. Single drywall and no OSB.

the curvature is limited to 10 mm over 2 meters if I remember correctly. Assuming that AMA applies.
