Hi!

Last week I had an electrician over to reroute a power line to my heat pump. He drilled several holes through some walls, resulting in quite unsightly drill holes.

My question to you on the forum is how can I best clean up the drill holes?

Regards

  • White wall with a drilled hole where a cable passes through, situated near the ceiling. The image shows damage around the hole edge.
  • A drilled hole in a white wall with a ceiling frame, showing a pipe running through it. The wall surface is damaged around the hole.
  • Close-up of a wall showing a rough hole where a cable has been installed, with chipped paint and plaster around the hole.
Cover plates might work, or you could clear around and apply latex sealant?

Carefully cut away the cardboard/wallpaper and apply a bit of white latex sealant.
