Two roof trusses

The normal scenario is to have multiple rafters, and that these lock each other.

But if I'm going to build a small woodshed, say, 1x2 meters where the rafters are 2 meters, then there will only be two rafters.

It feels like I won't get the locking there, and instead, it becomes an unstable construction.

So, how would you solve this?

Fitted in a cross somehow?

The easiest way is to skip the trusses and let the studs rest directly on the wall, which will also result in better ceiling height.

For aesthetic reasons, it will be a pitched roof, and also freestanding. I'm not entirely sure what you mean.

With tongue and groove or panels as the base roof, it becomes stable. You probably need some construction angles to keep everything in place as well. Alternatively, cross-brace inside the rafter with regular planks, from the ridge to the eaves, to lock the rafters sideways.
