Hello!
For our house construction, we have purchased tiles and klinker on our own and now need to transport them to the construction site about 80 kilometers away.
Is it okay to transport this on a regular trailer, or does it need to be transported "more gently"?
The klinker is granite ceramic, if that makes any difference.

....well, as I said, don't load large tiles lying down...... when I picked up a larger load at the tile company in Bromma, they took the opportunity to tell horror stories about builders who filled the trailer and came home with zero intact tiles...
Maybe a little different in vans. But I remember when I was rented out to different companies, and we were helping a tile center to deliver tiles to apartments. He just lifted in a pallet that must have weighed twice as much as we were allowed to drive. The owner thought I should drive, and I did on the first trip. But when the wheel arches were touching the tires all around, I refused. But everything was intact, and they were lying down =)MathiasS said:
