I am planning to make an archway (portal - not round) through an internal wall and intend to mount door framing in white MDF 16 x 105 mm in the archway.
Since I don't want visible screw and nail heads, I am wondering if anyone can recommend a suitable glue. Especially for the upper, horizontal plank (about 1.80 m): is there any glue that "grabs" immediately and supports the plank during drying time, or do I need to press from below with temporary supports until the glue has cured?
As mentioned, tips are greatly appreciated.
