Why make it so difficult if you are going to drain in the near future anyway? Buy OSB boards that you paint in any color and attach to the wall. Once you have drained, take them down and throw away the crap.
That's how the thoughts are going now, to do as I say. I don't see it as a big project; it's easily done. Painted OSB board is all well and good, but regardless of what you put up, if it stays, it will unnecessarily trap moisture. Or not completely trap it, since it would be open around it even in that example, but it would definitely be more humid behind the board than with my idea. I simply want to be able to remove the "wall" for total free ventilation. Should I, against the odds, do something that stays in place, it won't be a whole board, but more like a radiator cover or similar, so that air can pass not only under-behind-over but also right through.F Finndjävel said:
