I am considering tiling or using beadboard on the walls of the guest toilet. The problem is that the district heating pipes run close to the wall in many places, as well as a water tap to the front side. This might involve a gap of 0.5-1 cm.
What should be done in this case? Move the pipes or try to tile anyway?
Those press fittings are admittedly difficult to reinstall without calling in a plumber.
Of course, it’s possible to work behind them, but it certainly becomes a tougher job with quite a few challenges.
The alternative is to tear out the pipes and call in your plumber for reinstallation.
