Had decided on a 145mm frame without a horizontal 45mm when the foundation of 31.5 square meters was planned. I've now started to consider if 120+45 might be better after all. The advantage is slightly more insulation and the installation layer that I completely forgot about when I focused on the 145 frame. I remember there was some hassle with the plastic work around boxes, etc., in the garage where I don't have an installation layer.

The problem is that I don't have space for more in the sauna/wc section. It's already tight with the measurements there. The remaining walls have space, so it would be possible. Another option would be 95+45, but how well does that frame withstand a heavy roof with a span of about 3m? It also hardly feels feasible to fasten the 95 plate to the slab in a good way, does it? The idea is to place the sill flush with the edge elements.
