I wonder if it is possible to buy a gadget that you attach to the pole that the gate locks against. My problem is that over time my gate has started to sag (sink down) and therefore it has trouble fitting into the latch when you close the gate. I am therefore wondering if there is something to attach where it is red in the picture that will "guide" the gate gradually upwards so it comes straight into position with the latch it is supposed to meet when the gate is closed.
Does the gate have a cross brace from the lower-right corner up to the upper-left corner? Or a steel wire with a turnbuckle from the lower-left corner up to the upper-right corner?
It might also be possible to have a support wheel in the left corner.
I don't know if there are ready-made wedges to buy, but you can always saw out a wedge in, for example, plastic.
Isn't it possible to adjust the hinges or straighten the post where the hinges are attached?
Otherwise, a piece of angle iron screwed onto the post at a slight angle.
Another question, there are ground anchors at Biltema with dimensions of 51x51mm. But when I look at the studs, the closest in size is 45x45mm. Which stud is intended for this anchor?

It should be an unplaned 2"x 2"
2" is about 50.8mm.
Don't know if these dimensions are sold at all today or if they only sell millimeter adapted.
The measurements are surely external measurements as well. You still fasten the post with a French wood screw, so it's not a big concern. Just level it in and screw it tight.
If you put a heel down there, the gate might become skewed over time since the heel slows it down, and you might get annoyed that you have to give it a kick every time you want to open it.
A support wheel can work if the ground is even.
It's probably best to fix the diagonal brace as Demmpa mentioned. It might work with a cable and turnbuckle as well between the corner you marked and the upper hinge, but it's not pretty.
I've also been looking for suitable posts for 51x51 anchors and I'm still interested in a tip if you find one. 2"x2" becomes 45x45mm planed, so selling post shoes/ground anchors that are 51x51mm internally, I agree, is crazy if they don't provide suitable posts. If the post is only meant to rest against two sides, you might as well have used angle irons instead. However, there is a square profile that measures 45x45 internally that fits in the post shoes, but that's a bit overkill.
