The facade is coming off

Hello!
I bought a house a year ago and now the sprayed plaster has fallen off in some places. Since the work was poorly done, we would like to spend money on renovating the facade.
Our house is 9x8 meters and about 5 meters to the roof ridge with a 45-degree roof pitch.
I received a price today of 675 SEK/sqm from STO, but I'm now wondering if brick would be a cheaper solution.
I would probably prefer a plaster surface, but brick is largely maintenance-free.
Does anyone have some knowledge about this?
