Tear down wall

Hi, I was thinking of asking for a little help. I'm planning to demolish two walls in my apartment but want to be 100% sure that they are not load-bearing. Personally, I think it looks like I can scrap them =) What do you say?

What did the association say when you asked about it?

that it is okay, as long as it is not load-bearing.

will also build a wall. The idea is to create an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room. So simply swap the bedroom and living room locations.

What is the wall made of? The drawing is a bit hard to read.

Get the apartment on Thursday, so haven't had a chance to check it yet. As I see it on the drawings, there are no interior walls marked on drawing 1. Shouldn't they be if they were load-bearing?

Personally, I think it looks like the walls are not load-bearing. Shouldn't they be marked on drawing no. 2 then?

There are 2 beams, but I'm not supposed to touch them.
