Sunny outdoor shower pressure problem

We recently purchased an outdoor shower Sunny Demerx 40. However, we are having trouble getting pressure in the shower head. It seems that water collects in the base causing the pipe to lift up. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Yes and I haven't found a solution yet. A Swim & Fun in this case, bought on sale a few years ago but installed recently.

This is how our shower behaves. After a while, it comes loose completely. Has anyone experienced something similar? I have emailed the company but haven't received a response yet.

Thanks for the reply Henric, I opened up the shower again and now see that some parts have come off. I've tried gluing it together but it comes apart again. I assume that's the problem. I'm in contact with Bauhaus now so we'll see.
