You mean you need to store some items vertically without adding an extra level?

A stylish and simple way to construct hall buildings is to use so-called three-hinged frames made of glulam, at an appropriate c/c distance. It is in many ways an optimal construction, though with certain limitations. See attached image from Träguiden.
