Hello,
When a carpenter was at our place erecting the wall panels for our new garage, he had a type of brace that he screwed into the floor and wall, essentially consisting of one big screw. He could just screw the brace on and easily fine-tune when leveling the wall. I'm trying to find what this is called by its proper name as I want to buy one for another project but can't find anything. Does anyone know what they are called and where to find them?

We use these types of assembly supports when we assemble our kit houses
Adjustable mounting support used in timber house construction.
Unfortunately, I don't know what they are called or where we got them from

They are called mounting supports, google it and you'll find plenty of places to buy from.

Thank you for all the answers!
