Starting to get a bit desperate. We have cast about 7 meters of countertop for our kitchen and now these slabs need to be waxed. But we can't find any wax. Tips are gratefully received!!!

Did you find anything? I need to wax a concrete slab...

We looked around a lot and decided on furniture wax. It's called number 310 and comes from fargriket.com. I don't know if it's the "right" choice, but our research indicated it. We also asked at Bygg Ole in Nacka in Stockholm, and if I recall correctly, they also recommended pigmented wood oil. All the stoneworks I called scratched their heads and didn't know anything. Furniture wax was the most common answer.
I'm not sure how durable it is; it stains easily...

There are special concrete impregnations and waxes for such boards, check with your nearest kitchen store and they can order them for you!
