Hello,
For an extension, I would like to have a paved terrace - Is it even possible to consider a wooden frame with a flat roof covered with stone slabs?
Is leca/concrete necessary for the walls and roof if it is to function? Are there other ways? How would you do it?
Wondering

Thank you, I might consider outdoor tiles so the weight can probably be managed. But regarding the movement in the framework and avoiding issues with tiles coming loose or becoming non-watertight, how do you construct then? - I assume you can't do it exactly like a bathroom (or can you?)
With stepping tiles at distances - Does it become "drummy" or as stable as a tiled floor? Anyone with experience?

I don't have a lot of experience, but I would say neither. It won't be completely without give, but if you have normal expectations and it's built a bit extra stable, it will be fine. I think your local tile store should be able to help you get a feel for what it's like to stand on tiles "in the air," even though it won't be exactly the same thing.J Johannabacken said:
