Looking for step caps that have broken on a ladder I bought at BAUHAUS a few years ago. BAUHAUS couldn't provide the spare part. Krause in the United Kingdom is not responding to my emails. I cannot order from Krause in Germany as a resident in Sweden because I get an error message in my cart when I try to order from them?
