Start with walls or floors?

Working on an extension where it's time for interior walls and flooring. Walls will consist of horizontal paneling, the floor of 22 mm floor chipboard. What is best to start with, walls or floor?

Start with the floor chipboard. It greatly facilitates having a flat floor to stand on for further work.

Exactly what I thought too, but I want to double-check since the walls will then end up on top of the floor chipboard instead of on the joists, if that makes any difference...
