Stamp between 2 concrete materials for satellite dish?

Hello, I am considering setting up a satellite dish where I live and am thinking about the best way to do this. I can't attach it to the balcony railing or fasten it to the concrete wall, both the roof and the floor of the balcony are concrete, so I was thinking maybe a support pole would work? Or does anyone have a better idea?

If so, where can you buy a support pole at the cheapest price? It doesn't need to be very massive as it only needs to hold up a 4 kg satellite dish.

It might be a good idea, but won't it become longer/shorter with temperature changes? Can't you attach some form of pole mount to the balcony railing?

Grateful for good and quick answers. Have been looking around for stampers but there only seem to be companies that rent them out, does anyone know of a store that sells them in the Stockholm area?
