Hello!

A slim T-threshold will soon be here, and the baseboards are in place on either side of the doorway. But how do you handle the small gaps/holes in the floor left after laying the floor with the centimeter margin to the wall that you should have...? I was planning to add quarter round against the frame as well, but it doesn't cover around the corners. How do you do it?

  • Gap between wood floorboards and door frame awaiting trim installation.
You saw out of the frame and place the floor underneath. Unfortunately, it seems to be too late for you.

I would cover with a brass profile or aluminum profile. Available in different profiles, e.g., as T which can fit between 2 floors of equal height. Available e.g., at Bauhaus, Byggmax among others.
