The idea is that we will custom-build our wardrobe with sliding doors and furnish the inside ourselves. However, we've encountered a problem since we bought second-hand sliding doors and they were way too short. Is there any way to salvage this, or are new doors the only option? I have no ideas on how to proceed, especially since it's concrete in both the ceiling and walls. Any tips? Thanks in advance!

You can frame and drywall the section that remains up to the ceiling if the doors are too short in height.

Screw a piece of board onto the doors to extend them.
