Hello.
I would like some advice on what kind of paneling I should use for the wall I have. It's a wall that has been additionally insulated from the inside and has paneling at the bottom and drywall on the upper part. The panel and drywall are level.

I was thinking of putting drywall right over and then wallpaper, but do I need an OSB board behind to prevent cracks?

If the panel and existing plasterboard are at the same level, it works perfectly to just put a new plasterboard over it. Just avoid having the new plasterboard seams directly on the old seam.
