Hello.

A question about waterproofing. We are building new, and have a laundry room and a utility room next to each other, both requiring waterproofing. But now my wife has insisted on a sliding door between the rooms. The plan was to let the waterproofing run between the laundry room and utility room and lay tiles without a threshold. But how to handle the sliding door? It goes into the wall?
Speculations are discouraged, does anyone know how to do it?

It is counted as regular walls, waterproofing as usual but not where the sliding door goes in because it is not technically possible and is not even included in the recommendations if I remember correctly.
