Thread number two =)
I have a balcony deck where I want to ensure that rainwater doesn't run along the facade and under the balcony. As seen in the picture, the balcony frame/joists are in place, and I'm going to lay down a terrace plate that prevents water from running under the balcony, then I'll lay decking.
But how do I ensure that water running down the facade doesn't find its way down since I have a facade that overlaps and creates a gap? Do you cut a groove along the entire facade with a circular saw and insert several window sills or something similar?

Why would it matter if water runs down the wall under the balcony?

The balcony floor will be tight, it will be iterum under the balcony.

Is there any picture / film of this?
