Mounting screw for boards/panels outdoors. Works great for attaching other things as well in wood or with a plug.
I would think that a regular "gulplugg" works great with it.
Edit: The first one is stainless steel and for outdoor use.
The second one appears to be zinc-plated and it says drywall, meaning it's for installing drywall indoors in places like garages or storage rooms where you want high strength and don't care about screw heads.
