Screw for Garden Furniture, where can I find those?

The screw is in garden furniture bought from a manufacturer in Örebro 1986-1987.
Need to know what it's called and also where I can buy it.

The furniture knob appears to be stainless steel or maybe it is electro-galvanized.

Furniture buttons are usually made of brass. Electroplated ones can be found at Biltema.
