Scaffolding with H-beam

I am going to build a stand with H-beams. The stand will be 2 by 2 meters and should support 1.5 tons plus a bit more for safety, so maybe a bit more than 1.5 tons. The stand should be about 3 meters high. So, what I wonder is what size I should have for the H-beams forming the square and what size for the columns. I am not quite sure how to calculate this and would be very grateful for an answer.

It should be a larger "balja" with some liquid in it, not quite sure what it is, but it has the dimensions 1 by 1 meter and the height 1m, holds about 1 cubic. So you could say about 1.5 tons roughly.
