I would appreciate tips on how to best and safely build scaffolding or create a safe workspace for painting bargeboards and the facade above the pent roof of the conservatory. The roof is made of polycarbonate, 4 meters long and 3 meters wide. On the left side, in front of the conservatory, I have scaffolding but wonder how to solve it over the roof. Do you have any clever tips?

  • Small black wooden house with a red roof surrounded by greenery, featuring a patio with railing. Weather is clear and sunny with a few clouds.
Lay plywood at least 15mm thick over at least two roof beams in the conservatory.

And how/where should I anchor it?

Is it really so steep that it needs to be anchored? If so, you could screw under a beam and lay it over the edge on the high part of the lean-to roof.

It might not be too steep, but I'd rather not take any chances. Yes, that's a good suggestion. I'll try that. Thanks for your help.
