Hello!
I am wondering if anyone has experience with cutting acrylic countertops from IKEA? We are planning to have a countertop in the bathroom, and I am wondering if it is difficult to cut holes in the countertop for a washbasin ourselves.
At IKEA, they do not recommend cutting it yourself as it could crack.

What did IKEA recommend for the method/craftsman for the hole cutting then?
(I would never have asked and just used the jigsaw)

Countertop made of acrylic (PMMA/"Plexiglas"), does IKEA really have those? If you could link to the specific countertop, it would be easier to advise.
