I guess you clamp the pipes with metal screws?

Yes, perhaps ones like this in a size that securely holds pipes/hoses + sheet metal screws or pop rivets


In some places, you can probably use cable ties as well.

If you ask the question in the electrical forum, hopefully you'll get an answer from someone who actually has experience with electricity + steel studs.
