Assuming it is a standard gable roof with the ridge at half the house's width (3265 mm from the wall), the height to the ridge will be 1885 mm with a 30 degree roof pitch and 2286 mm with a 35 degree pitch. That is a 401 mm (over 40 cm) difference.
Formula: Ridge height = (Half the house's width) x (tangent of the roof angle).
Note - this applies if you rotate the angle around the contact with the outer wall - however, if you have a horizontal roof overhang of X mm and intend for the angle to be calculated (rotated) around the outermost point of the overhang, then you should increase the house's half width in the formula above by the length of the overhang.
