Rip/Bevel Edge at 45 Degrees on 4 m Long Planks?
Plunge saw with rail, it's no problem to move along the rail (if you don't want to splice together a 4m long rail!).
How thick is the wood? On my plunge saw, 45mm wood is a bit too thick for the blade to go through at 45 degrees.

Can be done with most circular saws and plunge saws. You can also use some jigsaws but the result may be poorer.
Otherwise, check with the nearest Bauhaus or XL Bygg that have saws. It costs a few kronor but they'll solve your problem.

Table saw/rip saw with a fence would be my preference.
Then you'll have your 8 boards cut in a jiffy.
If you don't have one, rent one for a day. There's probably a lot of other things you can use it for..

Agree with the last post, table saw/rip saw where the blade can be set at a 45-degree angle.
Tip, try it first on some scrap piece so you get the settings right.
Remember to keep your fingers away from the blade and any children when you leave the saw.
Make sure nothing is tensioned so the blade doesn't catch. (personal experience)
I have a small cheap one from Jula but it also works for smaller jobs where precision isn't super important.
The tip about renting is good as you can get one with good quality.
And again, think about safety and unplug it as soon as you leave the saw.
