What I've read is 70mm EPS 600-1200 mm out depending a bit on climate zone

In that type of ground insulation, XPS is usually recommended because it cannot absorb moisture in the same way that EPS can over time.

Now I got from my KA that XPS300 is required.

50 mm thick
 
If you use ready-made sockets with a base, you can also advantageously place the socket on an XPS 300 as well to make it even better while you are digging to insulate.

It comes from Tjällden. But reasonably the same applies for plintgrund as randgrund/hybridgrund
