Requirements for glass railing on rooftop terrace/balcony

I find it a bit difficult to navigate the rules. But if you want to put up a glass railing around a rooftop terrace (about 3.5 meters high), what are the requirements to adhere to?

As I understand it, it should be at least 110 cm high with a maximum of 10 cm (?) clearance underneath. Or is it 5 cm that's applicable?

Then the question is if it needs to be laminated or if tempered is acceptable. I'm not asking about what people think is suitable but rather what the rules actually stipulate. Requirements on glass thickness?

The consideration is, of course, whether one can use any of the cheaper options from Rusta, Jula, etc.

110cm high, max 5 cm from the floor. Laminated glass if the height of the deck floor is over 2 meters.

I would recommend tempered laminated glass for the best safety. It is very durable and you do not fall through it like with tempered single glass. It also results in fewer cuts if you fall against it compared to non-tempered laminated glass.

Tempered laminated at least 4+4mm thick. But it depends on the size of the glass.
