Replaced single-stage sealed facade.

I am interested in a house built in 2001 with a single-stage sealed facade. In 2016, the facade was replaced by Peab after a lawsuit to a ventilated facade instead, as many of the houses in that area had moisture problems.
Do you think it is now safe to buy one of these houses? They are located in a very good area, but it feels a bit risky to spend so much money on a house you might not feel completely comfortable with.

If it has been replaced, ask to see the documentation. And once you've received it, I would contact a byggnadsingenjör for a couple of hours of consultation.
