Possibly a horizontal steel beam about 50cm long at the bottom to distribute the load a bit.

How do you attach the standing steel profiles, and how do you distribute the loads?
I would have bought props or reinforced and cast if it feels important to get rid of organic material!

Another alternative if you're not already finished is to replace the lower parts of the wooden beams and reinforce cast them to a suitable height.
