Hi,

I have removed x layers of wallpaper from a wall and around the window, a piece fell off at the edge (see picture). Previously, some kind of fiberglass strip was in the entire space up to the window, it has partially come off now when we removed the wallpaper. There is also some kind of plaster there that wasn't on the rest of the wall.

Now I need to repair this part of the wall before the entire room is skimmed and later painted. The question is how should I proceed? I was thinking of repairing with Handspackel Dalapro Nova since I have bought some for other repairs. Do I need to apply a strip in the corner or how should I shape the corner?

Damaged wall above a window with peeling plaster and visible mesh tape. Damaged wall corner near a window, with visible fiberglass mesh and missing plaster after wallpaper removal. Close-up of a damaged wall corner near a window, showing layers of removed wallpaper and exposed plaster. Damaged wall corner by a window, with peeled wallpaper, exposed plaster, holes, and partial fiberglass tape, showing repair needs before spackling and painting.

As you might notice, I'm not very experienced here, grateful for any tips!
I have read these threads that seem to have roughly the same problem as I have, for future beginners ;)
