Hello

I am renovating the laundry room in the basement of my house from 1970. The walls are made of lightweight concrete + plaster.
It is half-tiled today, and I will be placing new tiles where the existing ones are. When I knocked off the previous tiles, a lot of the plaster, almost 1 sqm, came off in one place on one of the walls (an interior wall). How should I repair this before placing new tiles?

Can I just plaster where it's missing, or do I have to replaster the entire wall? What type of plaster should I use?
Are there other simpler alternatives?

What about moisture barriers when it comes to a laundry room in a basement with stone/concrete walls? I've heard different things, but generally, most seem to say no to a moisture barrier under these conditions? There was no moisture barrier behind the removed tiles anyway.
What about primer? You're always supposed to use primer when tiling on plaster, right!?
