Hello

I will be moving into a condominium apartment on the 3rd floor in about 6 weeks. In the kitchen, there is a wall that is 7cm thick, going straight into the middle of the kitchen, and it's about 1m long. Can it be load-bearing when it's so thin, or can it just be taken down?

Unfortunately, I didn't check if it was concrete or wood when I was in the apartment measuring...

The wall just to the left with the dimmer if that helps...

I find it hard to believe that it can support anything other than the wallpaper that is on it.

However, this is something you should discuss with the association as it is not always allowed to demolish walls in condominiums.

Once you have received positive confirmation from them, you can check with the person who built the house regarding the "bearing capacity."
