I have a small storage room of 7.5 m2 where I would like to install a loft bed. The lower arm of the roof truss is in the way. Is it possible to remove it if I instead place a vertical glue-laminated pillar directly under the top of the roof truss? From the red circle down to the concrete floor. There will be a wall there, so the pillar would be built into the wall in that case.

Technically, there will be tensile forces in the subframe that need to be addressed so that the wall does not "buckle" outward locally. In practice, it might not be affected that much. The other trusses might be close enough to each other to "absorb" that force.

"The underramen" is a hanbjälke that one should not remove without further consideration. Since it's just about a roof truss, you can move it a little higher up.

Yes, that was the thought in that case. Raise it up and have a pillar down to the floor from the top of the truss. However, I have now reconsidered, so I might go with a slightly different layout to avoid modifying the truss.
