Hi.
Do you think you'll get away with double screwed and glued 220*45 over a glass section that is 2250mm wide? It would be nice to avoid a beam here due to the building height. It would only be a maximum of one roof beam that needs relief if cc is 1200.

To be on the safe side, someone knowledgeable should probably calculate it, but I THINK it works. I nailed together 2 pieces of 45 x 220 over a garage door about 240 - 250 cm outer frame dimensions. There are probably two roof trusses on that beam. Over 5 years and with a lot of snow in the winter, I haven't experienced any problems opening the garage doors.
It is important to check the deflection, so it doesn't crack in the winter when the snow puts pressure on it. Whether it's sufficient or not depends on where you live (different snow zones). I would also recommend Moelven's program, although it is only for glulam.
A glulam of 90x225 at 3000mm costs around 650:-, so why take chances when it's not more money.
The dimensioning program is easy to use.
